Hi, I’m Cindy Richard, RHNP, Nutritional Therapist & Naturopath

Due to a long list of my own health issues I basically stumbled (more like crashed), onto my own holistic road to health and wellness.  

I have struggled with chronic pain & illness since the age of 7 years old. .

You are not in control of your weight! Your hormones are!
